Shipping Costs:
My Crystal Fairy ships via the US postal service and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location with a minimum charge of $6.00 for domestic orders and $11.63 for international orders. Please note that if the cart indicates that shipping cost for your order is $1.00 our software cannot calculate your charges due to weight, location or computer error our software will automatically correct your shipping upon download unless we have to correct the shipping address, So if one charge looks too good to be true it probably is. We are still working on this issue.
Most orders will be shipped within 48-72 business hours, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
Return Policy:
If you want to return a product to My Crystal Fairy you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing Help@mycrystalfairy.com. Make sure you include your order number, your contact information (name, email and a phone number). Upon receipt, we will email you return instructions and the shipping address
My Crystal Fairy accepts returned items that are in resalable condition purchased less than 31 days ago. Oils that have been transferred into plastic containers are NOT considered to be in resalable condition. Refused orders that are returned will be charged a return shipping fee* plus a $2.00 fee.
An additional $12.35 charge will be for applied change of delivery address, or location change after order ships.
Returns over 28 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Discontinued items are not credited.
*Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Damages: If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 7 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. My Crystal Fairy will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of My Crystal Fairy.
